About Sean

With over 30 years experience in Manufacturing Operations related roles, Sean is the ideal facilitator for our customised Face to Face Group Training courses. Sean's ability to connect with people is exceptional and is characterized by his positivity, authenticity, operational knowledge and expertise. Sean also heads up our management consulting services due to his exceptional experience in designing processes and delivering performance.

With over 30 years in Learning & Development, Jo is passionate about ensuring every manager has access to high-quality interpersonal, leadership and management training. Jo founded The Thriving Today Academy to make these essential skills available in practical, bitesize formats that fit into busy working lives. With a proven record of transforming team culture and performance, Jo is skilled at engaging learners from frontline staff to board level


Jo Delivers

Jo leads our online, facilitator-supported modules on communication, leadership, and management. These on line events are flexible, 15–30 minute sessions designed to fit around real work.
