Experience
A Chartered Member of CIPD, Sean has trained and mentored over 1,000 managers to date, with exceptional trainee feedback. Sean has practical experience of leading teams ranging in size from 3 to 500 people. Sean previously worked in Operations and technical lean roles for Amazon, Dell, Boston Scientific and Hasbro.
Academic Qualifications
Sean has also lectured on Lean Leadership at the University of Limerick (Level 9 of NFQ, RQF Level7) , mentored Green Belt projects, and lectured on Operations Management and Industrial Engineering at TUS (Technical University South, Limerick campus).
The combination of academic, technical and real leadership experience, allows Sean to connect with leaders and provide practical solutions and skills so that they thrive in the future.
